Abstract

The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to compare average of blood sugar in before and after of Diet and Physical Activity Clinic in Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus patients. The study subjects was non-Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus patient department the diabetes mellitus clinic in Sub-district Health Promoting Rompho’s Hospital and blood sugar level more than 126 mg/dl The patient 27 of non-Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. All of the participants participated in Diet and Physical Activity Clinic. (1) Reproductive health behavior, food, exercise, and stress management. (2) The study follow up from July to September 2016. The statistical methods for data analysis included paired t-test. The results of this study show that after the experiment, the non-Insulin dependent diabetes mellitus patient decreased their level of sugar in blood from before the experiment at 0.05 level of significance. Regarding the findings, it should be recommended that by Diet and Physical Activity Clinic the patients behavior change and self to blood sugar level control. It can be applied this program to other similar groups of patients.
