บทคัดย่อ

ผู้ป่วยชายไทยอายุ 21 ปีซึ่งมีภาวะออทิสติกระดับ 1 มาพบทันตแพทย์เนื่องจากมีฟันคุดขึ้นบางส่วนและได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าฟันกรามล่างซี่ที่สามด้านซ้ายเป็นฟันคุดในแนวนอน คลาสทู ตำแหน่งบี ครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยไม่สะดวกในการรับการรักษาภายใต้การดมยาสลบและการรอคิวนาน ผลการรักษาพบว่าผู้ป่วยออทิสติกระดับ 1 สามารถให้ความร่วมมือในการผ่าฟันคุดภายใต้การใช้ยาชาเฉพาะที่ได้ อย่างไรก็ตามต้องพิจารณาระดับความร่วมมือและตำแหน่งของฟันคุดเพื่อควบคุมระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการทำหัตถการ รายงานผู้ป่วยรายนี้อาจใช้เป็นทางเลือกสำหรับการรักษาทางทันตกรรมในผู้ป่วยออทิสติกรายอื่น ๆ เพื่อลดอุปสรรคในการเข้าถึงการรักษาและช่วยให้คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยดีขึ้น
