Oral rehabilitation in the elderly with conventional complete denture is the first choice. The present technical is CAD/CAM technology which includes denture designing and manufacturing can reduce the duration of treatment. Furthermore, the advantage is reproducibility which allows making new or spare dentures without clinical appointments in case of losing or breaking dentures. This article reports a 66-year-old male patient using CAD/CAM technology after the complete denture that produced by conventional methods composed of preliminary impression, final impression, try in occlusion rim and bite registration. The digital workflow was implemented in the dental laboratory with a 3D scanner. The next step was to print the full dentures using a 3D printer. The patient could try them out in the clinic, which the patient was satisfied with. The dentures were sent to the laboratory to print the actual dentures and fit the full dentures to the patient. The patient was satisfied with 3D printed dentures in terms of function and esthetics. This CAD/CAM technology can be utilized integrate or replace the conventional methods of complete denture fabrication in the elderly
