Data were compared with chi-square test, Fisher’s exact test, independent sample t test,Mann-Whitney U test andpaired-t test. The results showed that a fast track nursing model,CCRD had four elements thatfollowing:-C: Case management; C: Clinical nursing practice guideline of fast track; R: Record fast track nursing form and D: Digital technology. Patient results showed that the group that received the developed fast-track nursing model received nursing activities significantly faster than the group that received the original type of nursing. Nurses had knowledge after implementing higher than before development that mostly nurses practice followed model and satisfaction was the highest level.  Therefore, nursing administrators should implement this development model to continue increasing the opportunity for patients to safely access fast-track care.
