Nurses are the largest group of health care providers. The good quality of work life of nurses
provide quality care to their patients. The objective was to study quality of work life among nurses in UdonThani Cancer Hospital. Sample of this study were 67 nurses. The instrument was short form questionnaire for quality of life and quality of working life. Datas were analyzed using descriptive statistics. It revealed that quality of life was moderate level including physical and psychological health and environment. Concerning quality of work life, nurses evaluated as moderate to high level. Factors of high level included beneficial to the community, opportunity of human resource development, growth and career development, working and living, privacy in the workplace, safety and healthy environment and participation and relationships. But adequate compensation and justice was at moderate level. In conclusion, factors associated with quality of work life among nurses are high level except salary.
