Utilization-Focused Evaluation: Theory into Practice

Abstract
Utilization-Focused Evaluation (UFE) is the evaluation model in the modern has been more interested in the present because it was in accordance with demand and combined with the participation of all stakeholders which supports learning and self-confidence in the participants. This approach relies on the use of this assessment findings occurred. It is the process based on the participation of the assessor, the people who were assessed, the stakeholders, and the people who make use of the assessment in order to achieve the quality assessment results. This article present the Utilization-Focused Evaluation Approach 12 steps of Utilization-Focused Evaluation. Guidelines for use Utilization-Focused Evaluation and the practical of Utilization-Focused Evaluation.
