About the Journal
The Boromarajonani College of Nursing Uttaradit Journal invites original works in nursing and the health sciences that demonstrate scholarship and new knowledge. Published since 2008, the Journal is indexed in the Thai Citation Index (TCI) level 1 and the ASEAN Citation Index (ACI). Nurses, healthcare professionals and leaders, including students, lecturers, and scholars throughout Thailand and other countries, are invited to submit their manuscripts for double-blind peer review. The Boromarajonani College of Nursing Uttaradit Journal publishes original manuscripts two issues per year online in both Thai and English languages.
Aims and Scope
The purpose of BCNUT J Nurs. is to:
1) To publish the original research, academic article, and nursing innovation and health sciences.
2) To contribute academic networks with educational institutions and hospitals.
Published 2 issues/Year 18 – 22 articles per issues.

Nursing students, nurses, nurse practitioner students, nurse practitioners, nurse managers and executives, as well as related disciplines such as healthcare administrators, nutritionists, psychologists, physician assistants, etc.
Original research articles (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research articles), quality improvement articles/reports, review articles, systematic reports, practice updates, case reports, letters to the editor, and commentaries.
Peer Review Process
Each manuscript is reviewed by the Editors, and if of a sufficient standard, sent for double blinded peer review by at least two Editorial Board members or experts from a range of countries. Reviewers’ comments are considered by the Editors who then write to the corresponding author of their decision, give suggestions for change, and a deadline for resubmission. If the two reviewers do not agree, the third reviewer is asked for further opinion. Reviewers’ comments are confidential and not being discussed among reviewers and editors. The length of review process depends on the quality of a manuscript, the availability of reviewers. Initial reviews usually are accomplished within 6 to 8 weeks of receiving manuscript.
The normal system cost is 4,000 Thai baht (125 USD) or the fast tract system cost is 8,000 baht (250 USD) per accepted manuscript. This cost will be requested after the manuscript is accepted. In addition, peer review will not be influenced by payment.
