Factors Related to Work Performance in The Standardized of Physiotherapist in Hospitals under The Jurisdiction of The Ministry of Public Health, Regional Health 3

The purpose of this cross-sectional analytical study was to study the performance of physical therapists in hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Public Health. Health Region 3 and study the relationship between personal factors. The sample used was physiotherapists in hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Public Health. The data was collected using a questionnaire that received responses and a total of 151 complete questionnaires. To determine the average percentage, the standard deviation Finding the relationship with the Chi-Square Test and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.
The results showed that physical therapists were female rather than male, accounting for 87.42%, the most single status (58.28%), having the majority of bachelor'21 s degrees (97.35%), most of the working years were between 11 and 20 years (48.34 %), and most of the employment types were civil servants (96.69%). When considering the overall motivation, it was found that the level of motivation was high, accounting for 58.28 percent, followed by the moderate level (37.75%) and the low level (3.97%, respectively). When considering the standard performance of physical therapists, it was found that 84.80% of the high-level physiotherapists were performing according to the standards, followed by the moderate level (13.20%) and the low level (2.00%), respectively. Analyze the difference in the average performance score. Classification by individual factors showed that there were no statistically significant differences in gender, educational background, and working age (p=0.764, p=0.757, and p=0.097, respectively). There was a statistically significant correlation with the performance of the physiotherapist's standards. (r=0.660 p<0.001) and overall motivation. It was statistically significant (r=0.691 p<0.001).
The knowledge gained from this research was that relevant agencies, including physical therapists, can apply the results of the research to plan Improve and develop the organization to be more efficient in terms of policies, Organizational structure, personnel, equipment, location, technology, and environment.
