The Community Participation Process in problems solving unwanted pregnancy in school. Huaykaew, Phukamyao, Phayao

Abstract

The purpose of this participatory action research (PAR) was to develop a process and analyze the effects of community participation process in problems solving unwanted pregnancy in Huaykaew school,Phukamyao, Phayao . The participants were community leaders, village headmen, district chiefs, sub-district administrative organizations. Public health staff Village Health Volunteers, Teachers, Teenage, People in Huaykaew, Phukam yao, Phayao Province. Data was analyzed by thematic Analysis .

The finding reveal that ;

1. The community participation process was composed of 3 steps: step 1 was an analysis of the problem, step 2 was setting the concept, and step 3 was setting the process of unwanted pregnancy in school.There are 3 steps: Step 1, analyze the problem. Set expectations for the community. And assign responsibilities. Step 2 Define Collaborative Concepts for Problem Solving By using community involvement process and step 3, the problem solving process by the network partners. Youth and youth
2. The results revealed that unwanted pregnancy in Huaykaew school, Phukamyao, Phayao Province could identify knowledge used in their early life for well being an adult in and having spouse, physical preparedness before marriage, and adaptation to marriage life. In terms of the effect on the community was sharing the knowledge and giving advice to friends in the community by communication. These were the activities of social learning that were easily observable and practical. The network of community helped their solving problems in community. They have feeling in the part of the solution , agreement to find a solution to prevent unwanted pregnancy problems in school. The guidelines for health development of HuayKaew youth. Each village responsible for youth work. Teenagers are exchanging learning from reflection. They have knowledge to solving problem of unwanted  pregnancy in school by the recognition of the school age group. The knowledge that is used in the life of oneself, the spouses must be ready before marriage. In order to be able to care for the family to be happy,preparing the body before marriage and adaptable a good family to begin with role of family. To be responsible for building a new family and prepare for pregnancy.

Therefore, The participatory of community was to success on problems solving unwanted pregnancy , and sustainable for thir community.
