การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบ หรืออุดตันเฉียบพลัน ที่ได้รับยาละลายลิ่มเลือด: กรณีศึกษา

Abstract

A Thai female 72 years old was admitted in stroke unit at Singburi Hospital on 13 December 2017. She had facial palsy, dysphagia and cell hemiparesis about 30 minutes. Her underlying disease was hypertension and impair Fast glucose. The doctor suspect that she was Acute ischemic stroke and stroke fast tract

CT brain showed that moderate Brain Atrophy and not seen intracerebral hemorrhage. She had 7 of NIHSS score and 55.4 kg of body weight. So she can receive rtPA intravenous. After 24 hours from rtPA infusion CT brain showed that hypodence lesion  involve Right parietooccipital lobe, possibly acute infarction of right PCA territory. She can swallowed by diabetes low salt soft diet. So the nurse should be knowledge and nursing  care   pre-post   receive  rtPA.   The  purpose  mornitoring  change symptom and complication until stable. She did physicial theraphy. She was admitted about 6 days.The doctor make an appointment from Discharge at Stroke Clinic.

The nursing in physicail and mild of Cerebrovascular disease patient have goal for normaly dialy activity.
