This study was retrospective to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care for clinical nursing practice guideline to STEMI patients in Khoksamrong Hospital. Integrated the collaboration between physicians and nurse into the fast track system and clinical nursing practice guideline to STEMI patients. Data were collected from medical record n=33. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation
The result of this study showed that: clinical nursing practice guideline to STEMI patients at Khoksamrong Hospital the following outcomes: Door to EKG in 10 min was found in 24 patients (72.72%), Door to needle Time in 180 min was found in 31 patients (93.93%), Total Ischemic Time in 360 min was found in 10 patients (30.3%) This finding clinical nursing practice guideline to STEMI patients at Khoksamrong Hospital has developed, resulting the better Nursing care the acute STEMI patient to access open blood vessels by using thrombolytic drugs and the service care model should be proactively developed.
