Abstract

The research objectives of The of Healthy Buddhism Behavior Development in prevention of
chronic diseases are 1) to evaluate The Healthy Buddhism Behavior Development in the prevention of
chronic diseases course. 2) To evaluate The Healthy Buddhism Behavior Development in the
prevention of chronic diseases training. 3) To give recommendation and enhance The Healthy
Buddhism Behavior Development in the prevention of chronic diseases course. The samplings are
141 healthy leaders by purposive sampling. The statistic methods utilized were Describe quantitative
statistics and Percentage statistics.
From the study, the majority of samplings were women between 45-59 years of age graduated
in Bachelor degree. They worked as Public servants and had high blood pressure. The course was
evaluated all seven subjects and the overall result was in a very good level of 64.63%. The lecturers
of the seven subjects were evaluated and received very good overall result of 59.27%. The evaluation
on the training contents resulted in ‘appropriate’ up to 100%; while, the duration of the training was
regarded as inappropriate around 70%. The overall training was evaluated as satisfying, which was
accounted for 70 – 80%. Program’s news updates, information and coordination were evaluated as
inappropriate around 70%. For the benefit expectation in working process, approximately 80-90%
considered highly satisfying toward every training course. Furthermore, the majority around 90% of
those who took part in the training expressed that they would like to participate and brainstorm in
the future seminar.
Recommendation
In case of creating course element and training development project, it is a must to consider
in various aspects being inputs, process, outcome, and results as well as importance in evaluation and
training of the program.
