บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: กระบวนการสื่อสารความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพที่จะสามารถทำให้บุคคลเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และนำไปสู่การมีสุขภาวะที่ดีได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพได้นั้น จำเป็นต้องมีการวางแผน และออกแบบ การสื่อสารความเสียงด้วยแบบจำลองที่มีความเป็นตรรกะและเป็นระบบ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดและการประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลอง CDCynergy ในการวางแผนการสื่อสารความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพเพื่อการพัฒนาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพสำหรับประชาชน

ประเด็นสำคัญ: CDCynergy เป็นแบบจำลองที่เป็นระบบ และมีความเป็นตรรกะเหมาะในการพัฒนาการดำเนินการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาสาธารณสุข โดยเฉพาะการมุ่งเน้นการสื่อสารความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ โดยมีการดำเนินการทั้งหมด 6 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การกำหนดและอธิบายปัญหา ระยะที่ 2 การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ระยะที่ 3 กระบวนการวางแผนการพัฒนา ระยะที่ 4 การพัฒนากิจกรรม ระยะที่ 5 การวางแผนการประเมิน และระยะที่ 6 การดำเนินการตามแผน การวางแผนและออกแบบด้วยแบบจำลอง CDCynergy ถูกนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในระดับนานาชาติเพื่อทำให้การสื่อสารความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพมีประสิทธิภาพ

สรุป: บุคลากรทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข สามารถใช้แบบจำลองนี้ในการวางแผน และออกแบบ การสื่อสารความเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ ภายใต้ปัญหา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย และบริบทของพื้นที่ เพื่อให้ประชาชนเกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และนำไปสู่การมีสุขภาวะที่ดีในอนาคต

ข้อเสนอแนะ: แบบจำลองที่นำเสนอสามารถนำไปพัฒนาภายใต้กระบวนการวิจัย หรือนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินการสาธารณสุขในบริบทของสังคมไทย
