ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังหลายโรค

บทนำ: ผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังหลายโรคที่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนและพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองที่ดี จะทำให้ลดโอกาสการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่รุนแรงได้
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังหลายโรค
ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรัง 2 โรคขึ้นไปที่มาตรวจที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล 149 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือน ม.ค.-มี.ค. 2564 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน เครื่องมือวิจัยตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.98, 0.89 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 66-70 ปี มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในระดับปานกลาง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 64.43 และ 50.34 ตามลำดับ และมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในระดับสูง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.70 โดยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.332, p <.01 และ r=.538,p <.01) ตามลำดับ
สรุปผล: กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง
ข้อเสนอแนะ: เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองและพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรังหลายโรคเพื่อให้มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสม
