This research is a research and development study aimed at (1) designing and developing a digital platform for local tourism supporting case study of Sikhoraphum district Surin province and (2) to evaluate the effectiveness and the acceptance of the technology of the developed system. The research project has developed a platform that connects communities and disseminates information through stimulation from beacon devices using Bluetooth signals installed at tourism attractive place in community. This platform enables the transmission of news and updates to tourists, while also harnessing data generated from various activities on the platform for the benefit of community tourism management and promotion. The research process consists of 3 phases: (1) Study and Investigation Phase, (2) Design and Platform Development Phase, and (3) Experimentation, Results Tracking, and Evaluation Phase. During the study process, field interviews were conducted, and survey tools were utilized to gather opinions and requirements from businesses in community and tourists. The next phase is the development process of the platform utilizes software engineering principles and involves the development of 4 key components: web applications, chatbots, beacon devices, and machine learning models with interactive dashboard. The last phase is the experimentation and evaluation process, data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. It was found that experts' opinions on the system's performance were of the highest quality, with = 4.52 and SD=0.640. Additionally, the technology platform has been widely accepted by users and tourists in the community, with
= 3.89 and SD=0.836.
