This article is part of the study. The Suitability Assessment Project of the establishment of electromagnetic wave blocking testing laboratory distance of 3 meters and 10 meters of Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission. To study and analysis of environmental factors of the electrical industry Electronics and telecommunications in Thailand to establishment of Testing Laboratory distance of 3 meters and 10 meters. To raise the level of testing and certification standards of the NBTC. There is a goal for society and the network has confidence in NBTC's service standards and operations and the people receiving services have cooperation in the business of the NBTC. The objective is to use as a preliminary information to study and economic worthiness evaluation. In establishment of Testing Laboratory distance of 3 meters and 10 meters. Results from documentary research found that the important factors affecting the establishment of Testing Laboratory blocking electromagnetic waves of Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
