Abstract

The expansion of industrial development has resulted in the use of resources production process. As a result, the problem of the environment, including soil, water, air, and plants. The current problem of management of hazardous waste is not correct according to academic principles. It is illegal to landfill or to dispose of pollutants in unprotected areas. Resulted that contamination of various hazardous substances into soil and groundwater to the natural resources and affect the health of people or pets followed. From the problem, finding guidelines for restoration and management of hazardous waste to the soil environment. By knowing the source of the pollution, the process of removal, the accumulation of pollutants in the soil and choosing the right technology. Know how to restore the quality of the environment and the concept of management in soil and natural resources. By choosing the right approach to the source, source of toxic substances and types of Toxic substances. To assess the cost of assessing people's vulnerability to the impact. The guidelines for the rehabilitation of natural resources and environment, as well as compensation for the appropriate damages.
