สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับสมรรถนะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ศึกษาในประชากรพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ โรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี จำนวน 102 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย (1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (2) แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ที่ปรับจากเครื่องมือของ สมพร สังแก้ว ธีรนุช ห้านิรัตน์ศัย และบุญใจ ศรีสถิตนรากูร 7 สมรรถนะ ได้แก่
(1) การคัดกรอง (2) การป้องกันควบคุมและ เฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ (3) การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว (4) วุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ (5) จรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ (6) การสื่อสาร ประสานงานและบริหารจัดการ และ (7) การเรียนรู้ ด้วยตนเอง ตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา (CVI) เท่ากับ 0.98 ทดลองใช้ในกลุ่มพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 30 คน วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป หาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า สมรรถนะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ 4 เมื่อวิเคราะห์แยกรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับ 4 ยกเว้นด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ ที่อยู่ในระดับ 5 (M±SD=4.39±0.65) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคติดต่ออุบัติใหม่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 คือ อายุ ระยะเวลาการทำงานที่โรงพยาบาลปทุมธานี และการได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและการติดเชื้อ (r .293 .283 และ .191) ตามลำดับ ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรจัดอบรมให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างทั่วถึงทุกคน และควรมีการอบรมฟื้นฟูความรู้ใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยคำนึงถึงเรื่องอายุและระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน
