การส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารและนํ้าของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรัง: บทบาทพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ

การบริโภคอาหารประเภทโปรตีน เกลือแร่ และนํ้าอย่างถูกต้อง จะช่วยให้ไตไม่ต้องทําหน้าที่มากเกินไป ลดการบาดเจ็บ การอักเสบและการเกิดพังผืดที่ไตได้ นอกจากนี้การควบคุมการรับประทานอาหารประเภทไขมัน ยังช่วยลดการเกิดภาวะหลอดเลือดที่ไปเลี้ยงไตแข็งตัว ทําให้มีเลือดไปเลี้ยงไตอย่างเพียงพอ ทั้งนี้ จะเห็นได้ว่าการควบคุมอาหารและน้ำในผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังจะช่วยชะลอความความเสื่อมของไต ส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมีพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารและนํ้าที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม และชะลอการบําบัดทดแทนไตให้ช้าลง ซึ่งจะช่วยชะลอความเสื่อมของไต ลดการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน และส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรัง
