ผลของโปรแกรมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ตำบลรังนก อำเภอสามง่าม จังหวัดพิจิตร

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ตำบลรังนก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลรังนก จำนวน 60 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบสองขั้นตอน (Two-stage sampling) เป็นกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการดูแลตามมาตรฐาน กลุ่มละ 30 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองด้วยสถิติ Paired sample t-test และ Independent t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในกลุ่มทดลอง หลังได้รับโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรม และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (p-value<.05)
