บทคัดย่อ

The results of hospital accreditation (HA) by HA standard of both public and private hospitals in Thailand showed that non accredited hospitals had more than accredited. The accredited hospitals were divided into first accreditation and re-accreditation. Considering about re-accreditation, the hospitals in regional health 3 were ranked as low as No. 3 of the 12 regional health in Public Health Ministry in Thailand. The purpose of this research was to find out the factors influencing the continuous quality improvement of community hospital in regional health 3 by cross sectional descriptive survey. The population were 6,064 community hospital personals with 378 sample size. Data was collected by stratified random sampling with questionnaire designed as measuring tool of the quality of the hospital. Data was analyzed by discriminant statistic.The results found that factors influenced the development of continuous quality improvement in hospitals with statistical significance at the 0.05 were knowledge factors, attitude factors, empowerment factors, participation evaluation factors, infrastructure factors, evaluation factors and teamwork factors. In conclusion, there are multiple factors influenced the development of continuous quality improvement. These factors may be used as information for hospital development to reach hospital accreditation.
