ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟาริน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟาริน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยนอกที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟารินที่คลินิกวาร์ฟารินในโรงพยาบาลลำปาง จำนวน 370 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน 2567 ถึง มิถุนายน 2567 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและภาวะสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามความรู้ในการรับประทานยาวาร์ฟาริน แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟาริน และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟาริน ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือ .90, .76 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =93.43, SD=13.93) โดยพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองทั้งด้านการแพทย์ ด้านบทบาทที่ดำรงอยู่ในชีวิตประจำวัน และด้านอารมณ์มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =57.17 SD=9.02, =20.30 SD=4.22 และ =15.97 SD =3.64 ตามลำดับ) 2) การมองเห็นและความรู้ในการรับประทานยาวาร์ฟารินสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟารินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพสามารถทำนายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยตัวแปรความสามารถในการมองเห็น มีอำนาจพยากรณ์สูงสุด (Beta = .469)
ควรส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลมีการประเมินและเสริมสร้างความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาวาร์ฟาริน ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และความสามารถในการมองเห็นของผู้ป่วยอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาวาร์ฟาริน
