Evaluation of Bachelor of Nursing Science Program (Revised Curriculum 2017) and Ready to Use Outcome Based Education in Bachelor of Nursing Science Program (Revised Curriculum 2022) of Boromarajonnani College of Nursing NakhonLampang

Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the Bachelor Degree of Nursing Science Program (Revised Curriculum 2017), and studying for ready to use Outcome Based Education in Bachelor of Nursing Science Program (Revised Curriculum 2022). The first phase, the studies involved three sample groups: 59 instructors, 635 nursing students, and 106 preceptors in the training setting. The research instruments consisted of the evaluation forms related to input factors, the process of curriculum implementation, and the quality of graduates. The second phase, the readiness of 51 instructors in using the curriculum was assessed using a questionnaire on their knowledge of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing curriculum (revised in 2022) and a knowledge and understanding assessment of the same curriculum. The quality of the instruments was validated by three experts, obtaining IOC values ranging from .67 to 1.00, and the content validity was analyzed using Cronbach's alpha with a coefficient of .89. The first phase was data collected in March – August, 2021, and The second phase in April, 2022. The descriptive statistic was used: frequency distribution, percentages, mean, standard deviation, and qualitative data were obtained.
Results found that as follows: 1. The evaluation of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing curriculum (revised in 2017): Input factors: Overall mean was at good level (𝑥̅ = 4.28, SD= .62). Process of using the curriculum: Overall mean was at good level (𝑥̅= 4.39, SD = .45). Outcomes of curriculum utilization: Results according to the standards of Bachelor's degree qualification level 6: Overall
mean was at good level (𝑥̅ = 4.36, SD = .58). Ethical and moral dimensions: Overall mean was at very good level (𝑥̅ = 4.52, SD = .55). Intellectual skills: Lowest score with an overall mean was at good level (𝑥̅= 4.24, SD= .61). Characteristics of graduates: (1) Humanistic nursing care: Overall mean was at very good level (𝑥̅ = 4.58, SD = .39) (2) Geriatric health care: Overall mean was at very good level (𝑥̅ = 4.90, SD = .22) (3) Community health management: Overall mean was at very good level (𝑥̅ = 4.87, SD = .22).
2. The readiness of instructors to use the Bachelor of Science in Nursing curriculum (revised in 2022) with an emphasis on outcomes was evaluated before and after the operational workshop, the instructors' self-assessment results were as follows: knowledge: Mean score before the workshop was 3.38 (SD = .75) and mean score after the workshop was 4.84 (SD = .37) Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum: Mean before the workshop was at good level (𝑥̅ =3.63, SD = 1.52). mean after the workshop was at very good level (𝑥̅ = 4.70, SD = .71). Readiness to implement the curriculum: mean before the workshop was at middle level (𝑥̅ = 3.36, SD = .93) mean after the workshop was at very good level (𝑥̅= 4.69, SD = .77).
