Factors of Learning Behaviors and Environments in the Nursing College Affected on the Perception of Learning Outcomes According to Thailand Qualification Framework for Higher Education of Nursing Students in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nonthaburi Province

Abstract
Developing learners’ learning outcomes according to Thai Qualifications Framework (TQF) for Higher Education is an important aspect of educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the factor of learning behaviors and environments in the college affected on the perception of learning outcomes according to the TQF for Higher Education of nursing students in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nonthaburi Province. A total 153 second-year nursing students were recruited by randomly selected to the study. The research instruments consisted of personal information, learning behaviors, environments in the nursing college, and perception of learning outcomes according to TQF for Higher Education questionnaires. The Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the questionnaires was .90, .97 and .99 respectively. Descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage), Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used.
The research results found that factors affecting the perception of learning outcomes according to the Higher Education Qualifications Standards Framework of Nursing Students in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nonthaburi Province has three variables, arranged in order of influence from most to least: friend environment; Teacher environment Behavior in the classroom (Beta = .163) Behavior outside the classroom and the curriculum environment, respectively, which together were able to predict the perception of learning outcomes according to the Higher Education Qualifications Standards Framework at 53.60 percent.
This research finding suggest that nursing college should set the activities to encourage the interaction and relationship of nursing students, promote learning both inside and outside the classroom, and develop teaching competencies of instructors focus on student-centered learning.
