Using Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) To Develop Dialogue Reflective Thinking and Deep Listening Process Among Nursing Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the results of learning management using massive open online courses (MOOCs) to develop the process of dialogue, reflection and deep listening of second year nursing students at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Uttaradit. Subjects were nursing students (n=102) who enrolled in a second year in a bachelor's degree at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Uttaradit. They were studying on a Principles and Techniques in Nursing Practicum. Instruments consisted of 1) learning management plan using online learning in public open systems (MOOCs) to develop the process of dialogue, reflection and deep listening 2) training manual 3) computer network link system 4) knowledge questionnaire 5) satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis was implemented by using on Mean, Standard Deviation (SD.) and Independent t-test.
Findings revealed that the process of dialogue, reflection and deep listening process based on the learning management plan using massive open online course (MOOCs) among nursing students after learning by utilizing it were statistically higher than before learning (p <.05). For satisfied evaluation, nursing students almost satisfied on the learning and teaching with MOOCs in the high level (Mean = 4.08, SD. = .51). For each item, the majority of satisfaction was high. Preparation before teaching and learning in a massive open online course (MOOCs) that was in the high level.
