Knowledge and Using Dialogue to Enhance the Behavior of Early Childhood Caregivers Child Development Center in Lampang Province

Abstract
This descriptive research was to examine knowledge and using dialogue in order to promote the positive behaviors to early childhood at the 13th district Child Development Center, Lampang province. The samples were 189 early childhood caregivers. Research instruments were 1) The knowledge test of dialogue to promote the positive behavior of early childhood caregivers. KR-20 was used to determine reliability of data, it was .615. Using of dialogue in promoting positive behaviors of early childhood caregivers by observation form, which was measured by means of Guttman split-half reliability for each observation was .752. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that the knowledge and using positive dialogue to promote behavior early child behavior were a high level ( =11.78, SD = 1.42) (
=3.43, SD=.42), and using negative dialogue was a medium level (
=2.45, SD =.58).
The findings shown that caregivers should be concern dialogue in order to emphasize on promoting positive behavior in childhood. However, the negative dialogue is remained using in Thailand. Therefore, caregivers should be aware of choosing the negative dialogue with their childhood as much as necessary, so as to children have been adjusted as appropriate behavior in the future.
