บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของทัศนคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ต่อความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว ในมารดาที่ทารกได้รับการดูแลในหน่วยอภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดทันทีหลังคลอด จำนวน 93 คน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว แบบสอบถามการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง แบบประเมินการรับรู้สมรรถนะของตนเองในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และแบบสอบถามความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าทัศนคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ มีอิทธิพลร่วมกันทำนายความตั้งใจเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวในมารดาที่ทารกได้รับการดูแลในหน่วยอภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดทันทีหลังคลอดได้ร้อยละ 30 (R2 = .3, F = 12.721, p< .01) โดยปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายความตั้งใจเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว ได้แก่ ทัศนคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวและการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนม (β= .440, p <.001 และ β= .246, p .008)
ดังนั้นพยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ควรส่งเสริมทัศนติที่ดีและสร้างการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวเพื่อให้มารดาเกิดความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ต่อไป
