บทบาทพยาบาลผดุงครรภ์: การจัดการความวิตกกังวลในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่ได้รับการเจาะน้ำคร่ำ

บทคัดย่อ

          สตรีตั้งครรภ์โดยทั่วไปมีความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์และการคลอดซึ่งสามารถจัดการและควบคุมได้เอง แต่ยังมีสตรีตั้งครรภ์กลุ่มเสี่ยงที่มีโอกาสเกิดความผิดปกติต่อทารกในครรภ์ ดังนั้นความถูกต้องแม่นยำในการวินิจฉัยและการได้รับการดูแลตามมาตรฐานจึงเป็นความคาดหวังของสตรีตั้งครรภ์เหล่านี้  ฉะนั้นจึงจำเป็นต้องคัดกรองทารกในครรภ์ที่มีโอกาสเกิดความผิดปกติในระยะก่อนคลอดด้วยการเจาะน้ำคร่ำเพื่อช่วยวินิจฉัยในช่วงอายุครรภ์ 15-20 สัปดาห์ การเจาะน้ำคร่ำนอกจากจะกระทบต่อภาวะสุขภาพของสตรีตั้งครรภ์และทารกในครรภ์ เพราะอาจทำให้เกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังทำหัตถการ เช่น ถุงน้ำคร่ำรั่ว เพิ่มความเสี่ยงต่อการบาดเจ็บของทารกในครรภ์ แท้ง หรือการติดเชื้อเข้าสู่ร่างกาย ยังส่งผลต่อภาวะสุขภาพจิตของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ ได้แก่ เกิดความวิตกกังวลในระยะก่อน ขณะ และหลังเจาะน้ำคร่ำ จึงควรมีการจัดการกับสภาวะจิตใจของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ ดังนั้นพยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ต้องมีบทบาทการสอนสุขศึกษาเรื่องภาวะแทรกซ้อนขณะทำ หลังทำหัตถการเจาะน้ำคร่ำ และบทบาทที่สำคัญคือการดูแลช่วยเหลือให้สตรีตั้งครรภ์ให้สามารถจัดการต่อความวิตกกังวลที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างเหมาะสม
