ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอฟากท่า จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอฟากท่า จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวนทั้งหมด 188 คน คำนวณขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม มีทั้งหมด 3 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ที่พัฒนาโดยกองสุขศึกษา กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 54.80) ระดับดีมาก (ร้อยละ 45.20) และมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (ร้อยละ 59.00) ระดับดี (ร้อยละ 29.30) 2) ความสัมพันธ์ของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ พบว่า ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r=.337) ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำแนวคิดไปพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ให้เป็น อสม. หมอประจำบ้าน อันจะนำไปสู่ชุมชน สังคมสุขภาพดี ลดปัญหาโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง
