การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การรู้เท่าทันสุขภาพจิตสำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์ตัวบ่งชี้การรู้เท่าทันสุขภาพจิต และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของโมเดลการประเมินรู้เท่าทันสุขภาพจิต สำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ประชาชนอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 960 คน ใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบประเมินการรู้เท่าทันสุขภาพจิต สำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน โดยใช้โปรแกรม LISREL 8.72
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ตัวบ่งชี้การรู้เท่าทันสุขภาพจิต สำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ 48 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับสุขภาพจิตและความผิดปกติทางจิต จำนวน 15 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ด้านความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพจิตและความผิดปกติทางจิต จำนวน 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ3) ด้านความความสามารถในการรับรู้ปัญหา การป้องกัน และการจัดการปัญหาทางจิต จำนวน 21 ตัวบ่งชี้
2. ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของโมเดลการประเมินการรู้เท่าทันสุขภาพจิต สำหรับประชาชนทั่วไป พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ได้ค่า Chi square = 1954.66 , df = 1060, p = .0421, GFI = 0.94, AGFI = 0.93, RMR = 0.04, RMSEA=0.013 โดยตัวบ่งชี้ที่มีน้ำหนักสูงสุด 4 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ 1) การบอกความรู้สึก/เล่าอาการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงให้แก่บุคลากรสุขภาพ 2) ถ้ามีปัญหาสุขภาพจิต สามารถโทรสายด่วน 1323 3) สถานบริการด้านสุขภาพจิตในชุมชนที่ใกล้ที่สุด คือโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล และ 4) ความคิดอยากตายเป็นภาวะปกติที่เกิดขึ้นกับใครก็ได้
