Stress Surveillance and Care in Adolescents

The purpose of this article was to present information about the stress surveillances and care in adolescents. Adolescence is a critical transitional period from childhood to adulthood. During this period, they rapidly develop in physical, emotional, cognitive, and social aspects. This rapid phase of physical, mental, and social puberty is very significant compared to others which can result in stress in individual adolescent. The surveillance of stress by screening, helping them to cope with stress by using information technology, setting effective stress monitoring system, as well as using screening instruments and stress assessment can decrease some loss that might occur from stress. Additionally, it can prevent possible mental illness, and strengthen the immunity to stress of adolescents to grow up as the mature adults in the future.
