There were 427 participants, including curriculum administrators, patients, as well as nursing students in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year. Purposive sampling, and stratified random sampling, were applied. Data on the academic program were collected from January to July, 2020, through a questionnaire of opinion and focus groups. Data were analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation.

For results of content analysis regarding the context: curriculum was considered appropriate and congruent with social needs. As for input, students and instructors had appropriate characteristics, and learning resources were also appropriate, although the nursing laboratory room should be renovated for promoting authentic learning atmosphere. In regard of the process: education system was good and should be kept up with the change for optimal outcomes. And as for output: nursing students had appropriate characteristics in terms of moral and ethical principles.
Per findings, nursing education institute should continuously enhance instructors’ competencies for teaching students who are not highly qualified students of high schools to be capable graduates according to employers’ satisfaction.
