การทบทวนขอบเขต: เครื่องมือวิจัยสำหรับการวัดความไวทางจริยธรรม ของผู้บริหารในองค์กรพยาบาล

การวิจัยการทบทวนอย่างเป็นระบบนี้เพื่อสรุปองค์ความรู้คุณลักษณะของบทความวิจัยและสังเคราะห์ แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการสร้างเครื่องมือสำหรับวัดความไวทางจริยธรรมที่มีการตีพิมพ์ ใน พศ. 2553 – 2563 สืบค้นงานวิจัยจากวารสารฐานข้อมูลในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ มีการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่งานวิจัยในประเทศไทยและงานวิจัยต่างประเทศ ได้แก่ CINAHL, ResearchGate, Google, Google Scholar, ProQuest, Thai LIS, ThaiJO, Academia, Science Direct และฐานข้อมูลอิเลคทรอนิกส์ของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ตรงตามเกณฑ์การเลือก มีการประเมิน คุณภาพบทความวิจัยโดยใช้แบบประเมินคุณภาพของเคเมท ลีและคุ๊ก และใช้สถิติแคปปา (Kappa Statistic) ทดสอบความสอดคล้องกันระหว่างผู้ประเมินรายงานและใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการทดสอบด้วยสถิติแคปปา พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (k = 0.54, p-value = .220) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. รายงานวิจัยทั้งหมด 14 เรื่อง เกี่ยวกับการวัดความไวทางจริยธรรม ส่วนใหญ่ศึกษาในองค์กรการศึกษา (n = 7) ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารต่างประเทศทั้งหมด (n = 14 ) ทางด้านจิตวิทยามาก (n = 6 ) มาตรวัดนิยมใช้แบบลิเคิร์ทสเกล 5 - 7 ระดับ (n = 14) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนมากที่สุด (n = 5) ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างมากที่สุด คือ 200 - 300 คน (n = 9)
2. การเรียกเครื่องมือการวัดความไวทางจริยธรรมใช้คำว่า Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire (MSQ) หรือ Ethical Sensitivity Questionnaire คุณภาพเครื่องมือนิยมใช้การวิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้วย Cronbach's Alpha เกณฑ์ค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมืออยู่ระว่าง .70 - .90 (n = 14) ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์เครื่องมือด้วยสถิติ CFA และ EFA (n = 14) ส่วนแนวคิดการพัฒนาเครื่องมือด้านจริยธรรม ทุกบทความวิจัยใช้แนวคิดของ Rest ที่เน้นเรื่องของการตัดสินใจทางจริยธรรม (Ethical Decision) เป็นรากฐาน (n = 14)
การวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ยังไม่พบงานวิจัยที่ตีพิมพ์ในประเทศไทยและศึกษาในองค์กรพยาบาลเรื่องการวัดความไวทางจริยธรรมสำหรับผู้บริหารในองค์กรพยาบาล ซึ่งผู้บริหารองค์กรพยาบาลควรมีเครื่องมือวัดความไวจริยธรรมที่มีคุณภาพมีความน่าเชื่อถือ และมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างในการประเมินหรือการวัดความไวทางจริยธรรม เพื่อใช้ประเมินศักยภาพการบริหารคนให้มีพฤติกรรมความไวทางจริยธรรม เพื่อลดข้อขัดแย้งปัญหาเชิงจริยธรรมและเพิ่มคุณภาพของงานในองค์กรพยาบาล
