ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายแบบหาความสัมพันธ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางดินอาหารส่วนต้น ที่มารักษาตัวที่โรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ด จำนวน 74 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการแบบสุ่มแบบง่ายโดยใช้ตารางเลขสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวม คือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลความเจ็บป่วย แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .99 และ .99 ตามลำดับ แบบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ 6 ด้าน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นในแต่ละด้าน เท่ากับ .93, .82, .82, .81, .88 และ .81 ตามลำดับ ความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ เท่ากับ .81 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น อยู่ในระดับเพียงพอและอาจจะมีการปฏิบัติตนถูกต้องบ้าง (M = 61.34, SD = 12.62) และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 70.09, SD = 6.87)
2. ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .340)
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้น และเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับการวิจัยในลำดับต่อไป เพื่อศึกษา/จัดทำใช้เป็นแนวทางในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะเลือดออกทางเดินอาหารส่วนต้นและพัฒนาด้านงานวิจัยเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ดีและยั่งยืนต่อไป
