รูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสี โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลพบุรี

การวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสี โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งลพบุรี และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสีก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก สำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม คือ ทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ และผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสี รวม 10 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง สำหรับใช้รูปแบบฯ คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แนวคำถามในการสนทนากลุ่มและแบบประเมินทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง .67 - 1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติวิลคอกซัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. รูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสี ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลก่อนการฉายรังสี เกี่ยวกับความรู้ด้านโรคมะเร็งศีรษะและคอ การรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งศีรษะและคอ การประเมินสภาพผู้ป่วย และการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่รับการรักษาด้วยการฉายรังสี และ 2) การพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลระหว่าง การฉายรังสี เกี่ยวกับทักษะด้านการดูแลการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผิวหนัง การดูแลภาวะน้ำลายแห้ง การดูแลรับรสชาติเปลี่ยนแปลง การดูแลภาวะเยื่อบุช่องปากอักเสบ การดูแลภาวะช่องปากแคบและการดูแลภาวะขาดเลือดและพังผืด
2. พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีคะแนนทักษะการพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสีหลังสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
ดังนั้น โรงพยาบาลและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งสามารถนำรูปแบบการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสี ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาทักษะการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งศีรษะและคอที่ได้รับการฉายรังสีและผู้ป่วยมะเร็งชนิดอื่น ๆ
