โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะทางปัญญา ของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต เครือข่ายวิทยาลัยพยาบาลภาคใต้ สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก

การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะทางปัญญาของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต เครือข่ายวิทยาลัยพยาบาลภาคใต้ สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และศึกษาโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะทางปัญญาของนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต เครือข่ายวิทยาลัยพยาบาลภาคใต้ สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก มีการดำเนินการ 2 ระยะ คือ การสร้างโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง และการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างสมการโครงสร้างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะทางปัญญา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 440 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะทางปัญญาของนักศึกษา ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น โดยคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของเครื่องมือแต่ละตัวแปร ได้ค่าระหว่าง .91-.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และสถิติ SEM ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
โมเดลตามสมมติฐานมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยค่า Chi-Square =188.52, df=160, p=.06, Relative Chi-Square=1.18, GFI=.96, NFI=.98, TLI=.99, CFI=.99, RMSEA=.02 และ RMR=.01 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ของทักษะทางปัญญา เท่ากับ .80 แสดงว่า ตัวแปรทั้งหมดร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของทักษะทางปัญญาของนักศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 80 ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อทักษะทางปัญญาของนักศึกษา คือ การจัดการเรียนการสอน ที่มีอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมเชิงบวกคือ ด้านผู้เรียน และที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเชิงบวกคือ สิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนการสอน ผู้สอน และครอบครัว ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทักษะทางปัญญาสูงสุดคือ สิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนการสอน รองลงมาคือ ผู้เรียน และการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยมีขนาดอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ .66, .54, และ .50 ตามลำดับ
ดังนั้น สถาบันควรกำหนดเป็นนโยบายและแนวทางที่ชัดเจนในการพัฒนาปัจจัยด้านผู้เรียน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านครอบครัว ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมการเรียนการสอน และด้านผู้สอน เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษามีทักษะทางปัญญาสูงขึ้น
