การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแล ของผู้ดูแลเด็กบกพร่องด้านการเรียนรู้

การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและทดลองโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลเด็กบกพร่องด้านการเรียนรู้ (แอลดี) โดยมีกระบวนการพัฒนาเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ ประกอบด้วย กรอบแนวคิดของ Miller ร่วมกับการทบทวนวรรณกรรม และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ดูแลเด็กแอลดี การออกแบบโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของโปรแกรม ด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน และ 2) ผลการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือ ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และ 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแล ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าครอนบาค เท่ากับ .85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนาและ สถิติ Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลเด็กบกพร่องด้านการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ 2) คู่มือการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสำหรับผู้ดูแล และ 3) รูปแบบโปรแกรมเป็นกลุ่มกิจกรรม ๆ ละ 90 นาที ครั้งละ 2 กิจกรรม เป็นเวลา 6 สัปดาห์
2. ภายหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมค่าคะแนน มัธยฐานของพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลพบว่าหลังได้รับโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 (z=-2.36, p=009)
สรุปว่าโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของผู้ดูแลสามารถเพิ่มพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กแอลดีได้ ดังนั้นควรมีศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมนี้ต่อไป
