ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมกับความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ของมารดา

การศึกษาเชิงบรรยายเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติต่อการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม กับความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ของมารดาที่มาตรวจหลังคลอดที่โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในภาคใต้ จำนวน 255 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ และแบบสอบถามทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม และความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามแต่ละชุดเท่ากับ 1.0 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่โดยวิธีคูเดอร์ริชาร์ดสัน (KR-20) ได้ค่า .71 และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม และความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ ได้เท่ากับ .95 ด้านทัศนคติต่อการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ ด้านบรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ และด้านการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ เท่ากับ .80, .94 และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 54 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีทัศนคติด้านบวกต่อการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ (M=32.50, SD=5.40) มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของบรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิงอยู่ในระดับสูง (M=33.16, SD=9.01) มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M=35.27, SD=8.16) และร้อยละ 72 มีความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่อยู่ในระดับสูง โดยความรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ (rs=.08, p = .22) ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs=.47, p<.01; rs=.49, p<.01 และ rs=.42, p<.01 ตามลำดับ)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปส่งเสริมให้มารดาหลังคลอดที่มีปริมาณน้ำนมมากเกินความต้องการของบุตรมีความตั้งใจในการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยการเสริมสร้างให้มารดามีทัศนคติด้านบวกรับรู้บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิงและรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรมการบริจาคน้ำนมให้ธนาคารนมแม่มากขึ้น
