บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายประสบการณ์ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่บ้านของผู้ดูแลมุสลิม จังหวัดยะลา คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช จำนวน 12 ราย อาศัยอยู่ในเขตอำเภอเมืองยะลา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์รายบุคคล ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน-กรกฎาคม 2563 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือตามแนวคิดของลินคอร์นและคูบาและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลและผู้ร่วมวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่บ้าน คือ 1) การรับรู้ต่อการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคจิตเวชของคนในครอบครัว 2) การเจ็บป่วย คือบททดสอบจากพระเจ้า 3) สิ่งที่เรียนรู้จากการดูแล 4) ความช่วยเหลือที่สำคัญ

ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่บ้าน ของผู้ดูแลมุสลิมมากขึ้น บุคลากรทางสุขภาพสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลมุสลิม และยังเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่บ้านของผู้ดูแลมุสลิม และเป็นแนวทางในการเยี่ยมครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเวชได้
