ประสบการณ์ของทีมการพยาบาลต่อการจำกัดพฤติกรรมผู้ป่วยจิตเวชด้วยการผูกยึด

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายประสบการณ์ของทีมการพยาบาลต่อการจำกัดพฤติกรรมผู้ป่วยจิตเวชด้วยการผูกยึด โดยใช้ระเบียบวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาเฮอเมนนิวติกซ์ คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือบุคลากรทีมการพยาบาล ที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในภาคใต้ จำนวน 12 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พร้อมบันทึกเทป ร่วมกับการสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และการบันทึกภาคสนาม เพื่อให้เกิดการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้าด้านวิธีรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย ผลวิจัยพบว่า
ประสบการณ์ของทีมการพยาบาลต่อการจำกัดพฤติกรรมผู้ป่วยจิตเวชด้วยการผูกยึด มี 6 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อความปลอดภัย ได้รับการรักษาที่เหมาะสม 2) ตระหนักถึงสิทธิผู้ป่วย 3) ครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมและยินยอม 4) ผลกระทบจากการผูกยึดต่อผู้รับบริการ และผู้ให้บริการ 5) ปฏิบัติชัดเจนตามบทบาทหน้าที่ และ 6) ปัญหาหน้างาน
จากผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า การจำกัดพฤติกรรมผู้ป่วยจิตเวชด้วยการผูกยึดมีผลกระทบทั้งดีและเสีย ต่อผู้ป่วย ญาติ และทีมการพยาบาล แต่หากปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ก็จะช่วยลดปัญหาแทรกซ้อน และยังคงเป็นวิธีการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติในการผูกยึดผู้ป่วยจิตเวชให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นต่อไป
