ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น

การวิจัยบรรยายเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะซึมเศร้าและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเหตุการณ์ในชีวิต แรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส และความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ที่คลินิกฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ในจังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 298 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามเหตุการณ์ในชีวิต 3) แบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว 4) แบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่สมรส 5) แบบสอบถามความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง และ 6) แบบวัดภาวะซึมเศร้า ซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน และทดสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ของแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 3, 4, และ 6 ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .91, .86 และ .93 ส่วนแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 2 และ 5 ได้ทดสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือโดยใช้วิธีทดสอบซ้ำ ได้ค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .86 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ระดับภาวะซึมเศร้าของหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M=18.86, SD=11.17)
2. เหตุการณ์ในชีวิต ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคู่สมรส และความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r=.48, r=-.38, และ r=-.39 ตามลำดับ)
3. แรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าทางลบในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r=-.28)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นต่อไป
