ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ของมารดาทำงานนอกบ้าน

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ของมารดาทำงานนอกบ้าน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จากมารดาทำงานนอกบ้านที่มีบุตรอายุ 6 เดือน ถึง 1 ปี ในจังหวัดตรัง จำนวน 160 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบประเมินความรู้การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ 3) แบบประเมิน เจตคติการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ 4) แบบประเมินความตั้งใจการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ 5) แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว 6) แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากพยาบาล และ 7) แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากนายจ้างและเพื่อนร่วมงาน แบบประเมินทั้งหมดยกเว้นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป ได้ค่า CVI เท่ากับ .87, .90, .85, .93, .87, และ .93 ตามลำดับ และตรวจสอบความเที่ยง ของแบบประเมินความรู้การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว โดยใช้วิธีคูเดอร์-รีชาร์ดสัน 20 (KR-20) ได้ค่าเท่ากับ .70 ส่วนแบบประเมินอีก 6 ชุด โดยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยง .83, .85, .90, .83, และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยคำนวณร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 40 ระบุว่าตนเองเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวครบ 6 เดือน ผลการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติกพบว่า ความรู้ เจตคติ ความตั้งใจ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมของครอบครัว การสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากพยาบาล และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากนายจ้างและเพื่อนร่วมงาน สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนได้ ร้อยละ 20 (Nagelkerke R2=.20, p<.05) อย่างไรก็ตามมีเพียงการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัวและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากพยาบาลที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ของมารดาทำงานนอกบ้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (OR=1.067, 95% CI [1.003, 1.135]) และ (OR=1.088, 95%CI [1.001, 1.183]) ตามลำดับ
ดังนั้น บุคลากรทางสุขภาพ จึงควรประยุกต์ใช้การสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัวและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากพยาบาล มาเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ในกลุ่มมารดาทำงานนอกบ้านให้ประสบความสำเร็จ
