องค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของสหวิชาชีพในห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย ประเทศไทย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาโดยใช้การวิจัยแบบเทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของสหวิชาชีพในห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยประเทศไทย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 23 ท่าน ประกอบด้วย 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1) ผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับสหวิชาชีพในห้องผ่าตัด 2) นักวิชาการวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของสหวิชาชีพ วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) รวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามคำถามปลายเปิด เพื่อให้เขียนตอบ 2) รวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า เพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ข้อคิดเห็นและประเมินค่าระดับความสำคัญ และ 3) นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่า มัธยฐาน ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และส่งแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันคำตอบอีกครั้ง หลังจากนั้นจึงนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณค่า มัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
องค์ประกอบการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของสหวิชาชีพในห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย ประเทศไทย มีทั้งหมด 7 องค์ประหลัก 43 องค์ประกอบย่อย ได้แก่ จริยธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน 5 องค์ประกอบย่อย การเข้าใจและรับผิดชอบในบทบาทหน้าที่ 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย การสื่อสารระหว่างวิชาชีพ 8 องค์ประกอบย่อย การปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม 7 องค์ประกอบย่อย การตระหนักรู้ในสถานการณ์ที่นำไปสู่ความขัดแย้ง 6 องค์ประกอบย่อย การยึดผู้ใช้บริการเป็นศูนย์กลาง 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ ภาวะผู้นำในการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันระหว่างสหวิชาชีพ 7 องค์ประกอบย่อย
ผู้ปฏิบัติงานในห้องตัด ผู้บริหารทางสุขภาพหรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถนำผลการวิจัยที่ได้มาเป็นแนวทางเพื่อพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของสหวิชาชีพให้เป็นรูปธรรมยิ่งขึ้น และสามารถนำผลงานวิจัยมาเป็นแนวทางแก่ผู้บริหารในการพัฒนา ประเมินและปรับปรุงเพื่อส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานร่วมกันของสหวิชาชีพ
