สมรรถนะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ และเปรียบเทียบระดับสมรรถนะในการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ จำแนกตามระดับชั้นปี และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 173 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนแต่ละชั้นปีและวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบทดสอบความรู้ สอบถามเจตคติ และทักษะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ Bonferroni ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์มีสมรรถนะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผล มีความรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อยมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 64.16 มีทักษะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M=2.54, SD=0.47) และมีเจตคติในการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลอยู่ในระดับสูง (M=3.89, SD=0.48)
2. นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ที่มีระดับชั้นปีต่างกัน มีสมรรถนะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (p=0.002) และนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาต่างกัน มีสมรรถนะการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะอย่างสมเหตุผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (p=0.024)
