ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยบางประการกับพลังสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุ ที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง ในเขตชุมชนชนบท จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การวิจัยภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยบางประการกับพลังสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง ในเขตชุมชนชนบท จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 135 คน เป็นผู้ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ทั้งชายและหญิงที่เป็นโรคเบาหวาน และ/หรือโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลในครอบครัว แบบประเมินการรับรู้ความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวัน และแบบประเมินพลังสุขภาพจิต ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแอลฟาเท่ากับ .80, .82 และ .80 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังที่มีอายุ เพศ รายได้ ภาวะแทรกซ้อน สถานภาพสมรส การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค และการมีผู้ดูแล ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพลังสุขภาพจิต ในขณะที่การรับรู้ความสัมพันธ์ของบุคคลในครอบครัว และการรับรู้ความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวัน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับพลังสุขภาพจิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
ข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมพลังสุขภาพจิตในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังควรมีการส่งเสริมความสามารถในทำกิจวัตรประจำวัน และการมีสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับบุคคลในครอบครัว
