ภาวะแทรกซ้อนและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

บทความนี้เป็นการเสนอประเด็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะแทรกซ้อน และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจ ซึ่งทั้งสองประเด็นถือว่าเป็นประเด็นที่สำคัญในการดูแลตนเอง เมื่อกลับไปอยู่ที่บ้าน ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่อาจเกิดขึ้นภายหลังการผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจ ได้แก่ การติดเชื้อของแผลผ่าตัดทั้งด้านนอกและด้านในกระดูกใต้หน้าอก การปวดบวมของแผลผ่าตัดบริเวณขา และอาจเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจตีบซ้ำ ที่ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ต้องกลับมารักษาซ้ำ ส่วนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจที่จำเป็น ได้แก่ การรับประทานยา การออกกำลังกายและการดูแลแผลผ่าตัด การรับประทานอาหาร การจัดการความเครียด และการมาพบแพทย์ตามนัด ซึ่งพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเหล่านี้มีผลต่อสภาวะทางสุขภาพและชีวิตประจำวันของแต่ละบุคคล ดังนั้น บุคลากรทางด้านสาธารณสุข รวมถึงผู้ดูแล ควรให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วย เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน และการกลับเป็นซ้ำของโรคหลอดเลือดหัวใจตีบ
