ผลของการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมต่อทักษะและมุมองศาการยกบริเวณลำตัวของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในการยกโดยใช้เปลหาม

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบวัดกลุ่มเดียว วัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมต่อทักษะ และมุมองศาการยกบริเวณลำตัวของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ที่ปฏิบัติการในพื้นที่เสี่ยงอุทกภัยซ้ำซาก อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 40 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับความรู้ในการประเมินความพร้อมของผู้เปราะบางก่อนการเคลื่อนย้าย การป้องกันการบาดเจ็บจากการยก และการเคลื่อนย้ายที่ถูกวิธี รวมทั้งมีการฝึกทักษะการยกโดยใช้เปลหาม โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มย่อย กลุ่มละ 4-10 คน ประเมินทักษะการยกจากวิธีการยก และมุมองศาการยกบริเวณลำตัว ซึ่งใช้แบบประเมินทักษะการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้เปราะบางด้วยแบบสังเกตทักษะการเคลื่อนย้าย และวัดมุมองศาการยกบริเวณลำตัวด้วยโปรแกรมกิโนเวีย (kinovea) โดยชุดฝึกอบรมได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน ความเที่ยงของแบบสังเกตทักษะการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้เปราะบาง และแบบบันทึกมุมองศาการยกบริเวณลำตัว ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของความเท่าเทียมกันระหว่างผู้วิจัย และผู้เชี่ยวชาญเท่ากับ .83 และ .83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยด้วยสถิติวิลค็อกซันไซต์เรนก์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
อสม. มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอันดับทักษะหลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม สูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยอันดับทักษะก่อนการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมนี้ (z=5.60, p<.001) และมีมุมองศาการยกบริเวณลำตัว หลังการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมลดลงกว่าก่อนการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมนี้ (z=4.93, p<.001)
ควรนำชุดฝึกอบรมนี้ไปใช้ในการอบรมอสม. เพื่อป้องกันการปวดหลังจากการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้เปราะบางที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนโดยเฉพาะพื้นที่เสี่ยงอุทกภัย
