ผลของการบำบัดโดยการปรับความคิดและพฤติกรรมบนพื้นฐานหลักอิสลามต่อภาวะซึมเศร้า ในผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่นอนติดเตียง

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการบำบัด โดยการปรับความคิด และพฤติกรรมบนพื้นฐานหลักอิสลามต่อภาวะซึมเศร้า ในผู้ดูแลมุสลิมของผู้สูงอายุที่นอนติดเตียง จังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 22 คน และได้รับการสุ่มเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง และกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 11 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการบำบัดโดยการปรับความคิดและพฤติกรรมบนพื้นฐานหลักอิสลาม ใช้เวลาในการบำบัด 9 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 50-60 นาที สัปดาห์ละ 3 ครั้ง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามสุขภาพผู้ป่วย (Patient Health Questionnaire, PHQ-9) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ One Way Repeated ANOVA และสถิติ Independent Samples t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
กลุ่มทดลองมีภาวะซึมเศร้าน้อยกว่าก่อนบำบัด ทั้งในระยะหลังการบำบัดทันที และติดตามผล 1 เดือน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 (M=4.36, 2.27, SD=1.63, 0.65; M=9.18, SD=3.09) และในระยะติดตามผล 1 เดือน มีภาวะซึมเศร้าน้อยกว่าหลังการบำบัดทันที อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (M=2.27, SD=0.65; M=4.36, SD=1.63) และกลุ่มทดลองมีภาวะซึมเศร้าน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม ทั้งในระยะหลังการบำบัดทันที และติดตามผล 1 เดือน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 (M=4.36, 2.27, SD=1.63, 0.65; M=9.45, 9.55, SD=2.51, 2.34)
