Abstract
A purpose of the study is to determine the quality of working life among district
employees in sub-district administration organization, Mueang district, Suphanburi Province.
Survey research is applied to the study. Samples are 242 district employees of sub-district
administration organization. Data are collected by questionnaires. Percentage, mean, and
standard deviation are applied to statistical analysis.
Most of sampling is females 70.70%, age 31-40 years old 55.80%, married 52.10%,
employees 83.90%, executive of organization 16.10%, and most of them are working during
6-10 years 49.20%.
Result of the study found that level of working life quality of employees in subdistrict is in a good level, mean 3.57. The results in each characteristic are as the following:
The advantage and social responsibility are in good level, mean 3.90. The ability
development of employees is in good level, mean 3.71. The democratic of organization is
in good level, mean 3.68. The security and opportunity of progressive are in good level,
mean 3.60. The social value or working together as a team is in good level, mean 3.56. The
roles of working and life style in good level, mean 3.45. The sufficient and fairly payment
are in moderate level, mean 3.37. The healthy and safety are in moderate level, mean
3.31.
Nevertheless, sub-district administration organization should create training and
supporting program for providing healthy knowledge, annual health check, reinforce the
relationship in organization and community. Also, creating advantage social activity for
supporting the balance in quality of life.
