3E and 2S in Health Behavior of people over 15 years old in Nakhon Si Thammarat City

Abstract

Purposes of the survey research are to determine knowledge and
behavior, relating eating, exercise, emotion, smoking, and drinking; to provide
the relationship between personal factor and knowledge and behavior, relating
eating, exercise, emotion, smoking, and drinking of 651 people over 15 years
old, Nakhon Si Thammarat City. Data are corrected by interviewing and
analyzing with statistic, including percentile, mean, standard deviation, and chisquare. The research found that most of sampling have knowledge in high
level, health behavior, including eating food mostly in medium level (55.86%),
exercise is the most appropriate (45.15%), emotional, smoking, and drinking are
also appropriate with 97.54%, 89.44%, and 88.57% respectively. Age has a
relationship with smoking and drinking. Occupation has a relationship with
eating, emotion, smoking, and drinking. However, gender and education has no
relationship with eating, exercise, emotion, smoking, and drinking. Age also has
a relationship with eating and exercise. Meanwhile, education has a relationship
with exercise.
